Welcome! The Western Victorian Careers Expo is country Victoria’s largest careers expo. Since its inception in 1986, this premier regional event has provided a one-stop-shop of vocational information to Western Victorian students, school leavers, job seekers, career changers, those returning to work and people considering further study or training.

 

Booking System

To support the health, safety, and wellbeing of all attendees, a revised attendance management process has been implemented for the 2026 Western Victorian Careers Expo. All schools and groups of more than 20 attendees are required to register in advance. The booking system enables us to:

  • Effectively manage attendee flow should density limits or other safety requirements be in place at the time of the event
  • Allocate appropriate staff for event operations, cleaning, and foot‑traffic management
  • Ensure exhibitors are prepared with relevant and appropriate resources for visiting groups
  • School and group registrations close on 9 June 2026. Please submit one registration per school or group.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this important step in our event planning.
